Shipping costs

We are based in Germany.  All orders ship from Germany.

Shipping to

• Germany: 
  a flat 3,99 Euro. Orders with items exceeding a value of 50,00 Euros enjoy free shipping.
  Delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.*
  If you opt for additional services like cash on delivery (6,70 Euros) these surcharges are still applied.

• All other EU countries: 
  8,99 Euro for one item in your order.
  2,00 Euro for each additional item in the same order. But total of shipping costs will not exceed 16,99 Euros.
  One exception: mannequin heads and wig stands – shipping is a flat 17,90 Euro.
  Delivery time is 2 o 7 business days.*
   
• World/Outside EU:  
  9,99 Euro for one item in your order. 
  2,00 Euro for each additional item in the same order. 
  One exception: wig stands – shipping is 17,90 Euro for each item.
  Delivery time is 14 - 21 days.*

*If paid by bank transfer the delivery may take up additional 2 business days due to the time it takes the banks to process the payment.

Methods of Payment

BANK TRANSFER
The classic bank transfer. After you have completed your order you will receive your order confirmation – your order number and our bank information are listed in this confirmation mail. We will ship your order the same day we receive your payment and you will receive your shipping confirmation.

PAYPAL
Paypal is certainly one of the most popular payment solutions for online shopping, especially for international orders. It is fast, easy and secure. When you have received your payment confirmation from Paypal, you also know that we, the merchant, have received your payment instantly and can prepare your order for shipment. You can select Paypal either directly from the shopping basket or from the list of payment options when you proceed through the check-out. 

CREDIT CARD
We accept Visa and Mastercard, American Express, Barclaycard, Diners Club, Discover und JCB. Payment by credit card are a service provided by Paypal and Stripe. Payments through Visa and Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover und JCB are processed through Stripe. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and additionally Barclaycard are accepted and processed through Paypa (it is not necessary for you to have or open a Paypal account). For credit card payments through Paypal you are redirected to Paypal to enter your credit card details and authorize the payment after confirmation of your order.

DIRECT DEBIT
Direct debit from your bank account is another service provided by Paypal. In the check-out process please select the Paypal, Credit Card – a window opens and you can check direct debit  as your choice of payment. After you have confirmed your order you will be redirected to Paypal’s secure site to enter the details of your bank account and release the payment.

CASH ON DELIVERY (only Germany)
Cash on Delivery (CoD) – or Nachnahme - is a payment option provided by DHL. You pay the order when the mailman delivers the parcel to you or when you pick it up at the post office. Currently, because oft he Covid-19 restrictions, CoD parcels are generally delivered to post offices where it is possible to pay cash or by card. Cash on Delivery is still strangely popular – in spite of the rather high fees charged by DHL and usually slightly longer delivery times. Cash on Delivery is only available for customers with a delivery address in Germany. The CoD surcharge is currently at 6,70 Euros.
