As we already work with many health insurance companies, we take care of the entire billing process with your health insurance for you. You don't have to worry about anything else.
If your doctor diagnoses you with hair loss caused by illness, you as a statutory health insurance patient have the option of getting a wig paid through your health insurance company. You will need a prescription issued by your doctor for this. The amount of the subsidy from your health insurance company depends on the diagnosis made by the doctor. Please ask your health insurance company directly whether your insurance covers the costs 100% supported or how much your own contribution will be.
And this is how it works:
First, choose a model in our online shop and contact us using the contact form with your order request, your contact details and the note that you would like a wig on prescription.
We will then get back to you as soon as possible, confirm the order and ask you to send us the original signed prescription (to speed up the process, you can send us a photo, scan or screenshot by email in advance)
After a short processing time, as soon as your health insurance company has approved it, we will send you the selected wig including wig stand, care products and care instructions free of charge.
If you don't like the wig you have chosen, you can of course return it or exchange it.
